To add a banned word or phrase to the Warnings list, type the word or phrase in the text box and then click the plus sign(+) to the right of the box. To remove a word, select it from the list and then click the minus sign(-).

Yes, open Applications-> System Preferences-> DutyWatch Prefs->Warnings and select the Take a Screenshot check box. Then open Email Settings and put the information there.
